Playback Engine Error

When I click on the play icon for a station in Web Media that is Windows Media Audio I get the following Error Message:

Playback Engine: Media Jukebox is unable to acquire license for this file.

Windows Media Error: 0xC00D0026

Any ideas of what is causing the problem?

Is the stream "protected"?

Windows Media DRM (Digital Rights Protection) is a work in progress.  Our Media Center product may do a better job with it.
