License
« on: June 18, 2004, 12:16:52 pm »

I just tried to download a movie trailer, which bombed during the download. Now, MediaCenter, of which I own the version 9 license, opens with a Media Center (6) message stating my 30 day trial period is up. I didn't purchase a 30 day trial period. In fact, looking at the funds I have spent so far during the past 2.5  years on licenses, I have spent $76 on licenses.

1) Any thoughts on why I cannot access my own music currently?
2) Why am I continually being told to purchase additional licenses from Media Center? >:(

Also, the only license on record for your email address is one Media Jukebox 8 license.
