Trying to use, but having problems
« on: July 13, 2004, 01:09:32 am »

Last month i downloaded MediaCenter 10, and used it for a while, then had to head off to Croatia for some work there.  I could not use my laptop (where i have Media Center) there, and subsequently, my 30-day free trial expired.
I now wish to purchase Media Center, but am having problems doing so.

I uninstalled and re-downloaded the program, but it will not open, as it says my 30 days are up.

I cannot "restore" the license, nor can i find a link to directly purchase Media Center....

If anyone can point me in the right direction, i would appreciate it!
Thanks

On the timeout screen, there should be a "Buy Now" button.

There are more details here: http://www.musicex.com/mediacenter/purchase.html

Thanks.

Matt:
I followed the link you posted, and i've been there before.
What i'm doing now is re-downloading Media Center ,  version 10.0.149.
I'll un-install my last version, then re-install this one, and let you know what happens.

By the way, I don't get to a time-out screen, just a blue screen when i try to launch that says at the top "Medic Center Registration (6).......
and at the bottom, there are 3 options: "Buy Now", "Tell Me More" and "Restore"........none of which do anything at all!
Please let me know what i'm doing wrong
Thanks
