Can I burn DVD-Video with MC ?

Forgive my ignorance .. I've just never cared/messed with DVD Burning yet ... Im curious .. If I have a VIDEO_TS directory of a DVD ... Can I use MC to burn it to disk?  

I know I can use other software, but I like MC ... call me crazy !

Also, Im guessing these VOB files are useless in MC .. I can't get them to play ... Like I said -- NEWBIE with the DVD ... someone slap me a clue here .. I'm drowning ;)
