Clean Install...?

Greetings:

How do I do a clean install of MJ 8 in Win NT?  My girlfriend is running that system, and after re-installing MJ8, it's doing all sorts of things that it didn't do before installing and removing MC.  MC wouldn't work and it looks like some MC components are left in her system.
