Instalation Problem

I bought Media jukebox 8.0 recently, and had to reinstall
it due to a HDD Failure. It installed OK, but the next day it would not run properly, so uninstlled it, and tried to reinstall again. When running the install wizard I get the message:

"Errors encountered while performing the operation. Look at the Infomation window for more details."

No window appears, so I am at a loss to what is problem. I have tried deleting any Registry Keys referencing Media Jukebox, but this made no difference.
My Os is Me. Can anybody help? ?

If you haven't done so, try installing the latest version from the downloads page.
