Try clicking on the dll to register it.  When it asks what to use to register it, browse to the \windows\system32 folder and find regsvr32.exe.

Jim
I did as you said but when I click on the dill It tries to open up so I drug it to regsvr32 and it said that it registered successfully. The big but is I still get the same error.  By the way I'm running windows 98 if that helps.

I have another thread gowing on the same topic. I also am running win98 SE, upgraded to the latest vestion and have yet to be able to make labels. I also copied the file from another machine and tried to register it. My registration did not work for me though.

I also am looking for resolution to this...

On my Win2k Pro w/SP3 PC, CD Labeler just crashes if I attempt to start it from MJ 8.0.388's Tools menu.  Registering oleacc.dll does not resolve the problem.

Try a google search for the oleacc.dll problem.  It is a known Microsoft problem because of their latest compiler.  You should find a lot of info, and I think there is a fix at microsoft.com.

Z,
I'm not sure if that problem is the same or not.

I'm going to close this thread because there are two going now.  Here's the other one:
