Shell Integration Bug (MC 11)

After doing a fresh installation of MC (11.0.193) the shell integration is not there when you right click on media files. However it is checked in MC...in "Tools->options->General>>"enable shell integration". After unchecking and then applying the check it was then integrated correctly.
