I'm not sure what a CD+G might be but here you go:

- Check download.com for CD+G softwares. They have a few things there: http://download.com.com/3120-20-0.html?qt=CD%252BG&tg=dl-2001

Hope this will work

CD+G - This is CD Audio but with graphics added.  Normally used for Karaoke.

You can also get MP3 +G (Would be good if MC supported this)

Yeah, MP3+G would be fantastic, as the home media center would become the Karaoke machine at parties! Of course, I might have to add another hard drive to it...

Tricerasoft http://www.tricerasoft.com/ (it used to be tyrannosoft) makes several different programs which can play CD+G and MP3+G files on the PC. Of course, your CD-ROM has to support CD+G discs, not all do. Plextor's used to be pretty good at it, but I haven't tried any past the 12x burners as that's when I ripped all my CD+G discs to MP3+G files.
