I have customized my Theaterview with an additional button starts my TV Guide program.  The problem, however, is that Theaterview does ot allow the TV Guide program to stay in the focus, ie it does start the program but then focus goes straight back to Theaterview.

The logic - I would assume - should be while Theaterview should always have the focus, programs started from within Theaterview should be allowed to stay in focus until they are closed - and then the focus moves back to Theater View.

I assume this is a bug  ?

This seems to be still working ok for me (build 247). Launch a program, theater view goes to standard view and new program get focus. Close program and theater view resumes.

I have the "Keep focus (recommended)" option enabled. 

Are you providing the full path of the program you are trying to launch?
