MC11 Crashes every time I change....

MC11 Crashes every time I change Audio Output option :'(.  As soon as  I double click to play new song the program crashes.  Some times i'll get an error message and other times it just exits.  See flash attachment. See Example :-[
I've only started to notice in version .261 os is XP SP1
