I just downloaded this and I do not like it.  I would like a refund, please.  How do I go about getting one?

JRiver Provides A 30 Day Trial With All Options Enabled Prior To A User Buying.

Because Of That, And There Is Nothing You Can Return To Them They Do Not Provide Refunds.

If your having problems with the program please State what the problem is and maybe someone can help you.

Explain a little why you don't like it, and why you jumped into buying without doing the 30 day trial.

You won't find anything better than MJ.

In order to get all of the features, I had to buy it.  The product is not as user friendly as I was lead to believe.  In order to use half of the features, you must get the plu-in, and all of them are not free.  I cannot get it to play DVD's either.  Product support is extremely limited, no phone, e-mail or anything.

You must have your DVD software Installed that came with the DVD. MJ uses it to drive The DVD.

Thats because you installed MJ in the past

This is not correct, there is only one plug-in that J river charges for and That Is "Slide Show". And most other plug-ins from others are free to include all the skins.

I do have DVD software installed, and it plays fine.  MJ will not however.

I did not have MJ installed before.  Earlier this week was the first time I had ever heard about it.

I don't want to fight about it, so just tell me how to get a refund.

Sorry, refunds aren't available.  Both because of the 30-day trial and because there's no way to "return" software.

If you would like help with your problems, please start another thread about it and I'm sure you'll find a lot of people more than happy to help you out.
