No idea what type of tank that is...  I'm a Navy Seabee, not some Army or Marine Corps grunt!  I'd guess it's a Russian tank - maybe this picture will help:

Ok Thanks For The Better Picture, I think It Is A BMP-2 (Soviet Infantry Fighting Vehicle)

It is missing a few parts (side skirts), Not a good veh, there is many versions of it.
