When Installing 11.0.292 i got this message

I'm not sure whether that was a one-time problem or if we fixed it on the server after I headed home, but it installed fine for me.

Just for clarification, this is just the Windows Media 10 codec and not Windows Media Player 10.  It is required to be able to play the files from the new music services like Napster and Yahoo.

http://1. Changed: InstallWizard will try to install Windows Media components if it can not find version 10.0.0.3802 or later on the target computer. (Previously it only required 10.0.0.3646. Version 10.0.0.3802 includes some important security updates over earlier ones.)

No I didn't. I wanted to check why the Windows Update and WMP's internal update have not done the job. I didn't find an answer. I installed the package from the MS download site separately.

On my other PC it installed fine from your server. I didn't check what the previous version was.

The reason I asked was that in the past, when we tried to install 10.0.0.3650 over 10.0.0.3646, the installation would fail on some people's machines. I hope version 10.0.0.3802 does not have such problem.
