Disk# is all there is, whether this edits the TPOS frame is not sure.

It doesn't.

So does that mean MC does not support ID3v2 tagging?

Oops - I did search and couldn't find anything - most likely typed TOPS rather than TPOS (!)

The first link is the most relevant to me as I am too trying to sort out multidisc sets to play on my SqueezeBox.
