Can not Burn Data CD
« on: September 07, 2005, 10:51:58 pm »

Hi,
I am havin problem burning Data CD.  My MC is 10.0.137.  When I drop a bunch of MP3 file into the burning box, and click burn, a dialogue pops up, says "The Parameter is incorrect ..", then the program just hang there with the burning progress windows still shows "prepare to write ...".

Did you select data CD first and then proceed to the screen that asks you to drop files?

I assume you have 10.0.173.

Yes, I did select "Data CD or DVD" from the pull-dowm selection, and click "next" to get to the drop-file window.  By the way, if I select "Audio" everything works fine.

I also have the same problem, it seems to write the data on the cd, finishes, ejects the cd but nothing was burned.  Then I used the Roxio Easy CD Creator and it manages to write on the CD (the same).

Have any ideas of what is happening?

Geez, I reported this problem a while ago. My brother experienced it with MC10 & 11...we both did.

I may give it a whirl tonight and see what happens.

Real frustrating because we're making coasters here.
