"no error/warning message" option to use w/ NetRemote
« on: May 27, 2005, 05:26:25 am »

Hi there!

Wouldn't it be convenient to have a "no error/warning message" option in MC11 to avoid locks when using NO MONITOR, just a remote control like NetRemote?

I regulary have to reset my "jukebox PC" because MC displays an error message and I don't see it as I control this PC only w/ NetRemote.

I do agree these error / warning messages are pertinent (ex: song deleted on the disk but present in the library,...) but it's not a reason to block everything  so I have to reboot :'(

What do you think?

I'm having the same issue.  Using Girder, I am sending a zone play command, but if the playing now list is empty I get the warning message and then am stuck.

I tried using Girder to close the warning message, but it would only work if I had clicked on the play button in the skin rather than a play command through girder.

Has anyone got a way around this?
