If you take an ordinary Cell phone (in my case a Nokia 5140i)
and place it near the back of your PSU on your computer, then ring the phone
The computer turns off. 
The computer then fails to turn back on when the power button is pressed.
In fact the power must be removed for 30 seconds to reset what
ever mechanism it is that needs resetting.

At this point I must say that If you choose to try this out then I am
not responsible for any consequences from trying this.
