looking for mp3 image extractor
« on: December 20, 2005, 03:58:01 pm »

I am trying to update my cover art so it is all in the cover art folder. I need a mp3 image extractor that will batch process my albums to get the art. I have about 2/3rds of my art in the cover art folder and 1/3 in the image files and i am trying to make them all the same.

I found this program but it only extracts one file at a time:

http://www.softartstudio.com/tagcontrol/extract_images.htm

Question would i be better off just putting the corresponding cover art in each album folder and if so what is the best way to "convert" my collection?

Many thanks for all the great info so far

I believe King Sparta has a plugin for this... Try checking the third party plugins or his site.

I've not changed the way I store coverart in ages, but, in days past, all you needed to do was set your coverart choices via the options panel, then select all the files and update tags from library.
