changing the storage scheme for Compilation CD's
« on: September 27, 2002, 07:06:26 am »

I am not sure if I can do this or not in MJ.  I want my the songs in my compilation CD’s to show up in directories for the CD underneath each of the respective artists, not in the “Various Artists” directory.  This is how Media Player works and would be the best way for my AudioTron to read these files.

Example:
C:\music\artist 1\compilation CD\song1
C:\music\artist 2\compilation CD\song 2
C:\music\artist 3\compilation CD\song 3…..

Can I make it do this?

Hmm, I tried that and it still seemed to put them into the wrong places.  I'll try again on a better test system...

Just out of curiosity, what limitations / problems did you have with having things in this arrangement?  I have about 13k WMA's.
