Export Values from Semicolon Delimited Field?

How does one export each value from a semicolon delimited field? For instance, I have a delimited custom artist field [myArtistList] that would have info like "Elton John;Kiki Dee" and "Beyonce;Jay-Z".  I would like to bring it into Excel in the form of

  Beyonce
  Elton John
  Jay-Z
  Kiki Dee

I can set up a view to show all the separated artists in the pane area, but I haven't found a way to export those entries.
