Database capacity
« on: September 19, 2002, 06:46:06 am »

I already use Media Jukebox (versio  6 or 7) but I was using a competitive soft (Musicmatch) an happy with it in that time.

It Now I face a problem, the database capacity become slow (musicmatch) because my music collection became too big

I download and try Media Jukebox 8 and I found it big improuvment since version 6

What the capacity of Media Jukebox?

Is it support a large music collection?
Like 200,000 to 250,000 Songs

Can it scan for MP3 files from different drives or removable media?

Can it verify for doubles?

I have to make a decision soon

Best regards

Probably.  You will have to try it.  The largest library I know about has 131,000 files.

Yes.

There is a plug-in for that.  It was written by Mirko in a thread here on the first page.
