Look and Feel

Is there any way to have the Media Center behave just as MS bottom tool bar ?
I mean, when the mouse gets close to it, MC should open or close on a full screen.
Opening from the left side (minimized) to the right would be nice.
Is this request :

a) ok  ;)
b) already solved with a skin  ;D
c) stupid ?  ::)
