Jumping to Playing song

Is there a way to have MC jump to the currently playing song?  I know it is annoying when you are scrolling and then it switches songs and jumps away from where you were but if I then want to rate the song, I have to use a strange system of showing tag info but I often have to close it then re-open to get the correct info for that song...
