After getting cover art to automatically sync and seeing that it displays it even though they start at 1200x1200, I figured copying images would be a breeze and it would downsize my 7mp images.  Not so!  I read Sandisk's site and they say you have to use their specialized utility to copy images & video.  Now, I don't really care about video at all for the moment--but wouldn't mind considering it in the future.  My question is whether anyone knows what characteristics the images have to have for the Sansa to recognize them?

I think the video has to be mpg1, 15fps, but more details would be great.  Thanks!
