I had downloaded and tried to install the online installation of the following plugins but at the end it says "unable to install".

1. display 191 kb
2. interface 2568 kb
3. track information template 193 kb
4. Encoder 166kb
I have already downloaded the Visual basic runtine files, named vbrun60sp5.exe from microsoft since against the link address given by you at the bttom of the chartfinder download page viz:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/ release.asp?releaseid=28337&area=top&ordinal=5

is not found in the Microsoft download site against my searches and they guided me to the above file which I downloaded and installed.
