iPods skip count

I just read this posting over at Digg talking about how the new iTunes has a feature that tracks the number of times a track is skipped.

It is pretty think on details, like is this only in iTunes or is the data sync'ed from the player if so does it require a certain version of player.

However if this data is tracked in the ipod how hard would it be for MC to grab this data.  This would be a very handy statistic to use when building playlists.

It would also be a great tool in revising ratings.
