Install MJ v8-365 and start it up. Customize toolbar and remove all icons. Shut down MJ and start again and toolbar is loaded with import media icons and sometimes others but all in a greyed out state. Add just one icon into toolbar and these phantoms go away??
Second, if I try to roll the visualization window all the way up and/or pull it back down (don't generally need it and do not want to see it) MJ will crash with error about playbackengine. This crash happens whether I turn vis on or off but will not happen if audio is currently playing??
This is happening on two different computers with very different hardware and  different OS's.
Any thoughts??

Just d/l'd the newest version 8-369 and the vis issue seems to be gone.
