My computer started crashing and once when it did it made my registered version of MC 11 become unregistered?
I used a Restore a week ago and it did exactly the same thing so I used the trial version until now when my computer had become stable again. anyway I used restore number 7 and it showed it was unregistered. I rebooted my computer and tried again with Restore number 6. It is still telling me my MC is unregistered even though the Restore page informed me it should be now registered. One other thing when I put the serial number for the restore and clicked on the button, the window came up on both occasions asking me if I want to use the MIR file or Internet to register MC. I'm sure that shouldn't have happened. Idon't want to use up anymore Restores like this!

I don't know what the problem is.

Don't worry about the restores.  We can fix it if you run out.

Use IE.

Registration Codes are permanent.  Install Keys are only good for 14 days.

If you need more help, please provide step by step details on exactly what you're doing.  Don't post your Registration Code.

The restore worked by right clicking on the Registration Code then saving it to my desktop. Then it installed on MC.
It is still weird that my registered copy could become unregistered.
