I just downloaded the latest build and i thought it had fixed the right click issue where as you cant right click in theatre view unless its over the video in diplay view etc.....but i still cant.

I do know about the keyboard shortcuts but i use a mouse.

Another thought............

i like the new zoom feature in display view and i know you added it to the +/- keys but is there a way you can add it to the up/down keys in display view (i dont think they are used for anything) as i dont have +/- on my remote but i do have up/down. ..... Just a thought.

It is important to keep interface as consistent as possible. +/- are used in Image playback for zooming. That is why the same keys are used for zooming for video. Besides, up and down arrows are used in image playback for scrolling, which should be used for the same purpose for video (though not yet implemented).

Perhaps you can re-map some keys on your remote control.

agreed about the +/- being consistant but the ability to change it would be great as i cant configure my remote as i'm using xpmce remote and i am limited to certain buttons already with media centre.

I do not see an issue here. Can you explain?

You get a menu when you right-click a track, or a folder (large sized Play, Add, etc.). You get a regular menu when right-clicking in a display window.

on version 11 i was able to right click any area that didnt have a menu or display (home screen for example) and was able to get the toggle theatre view, close display etc. now i cant, it only works in display view. I can still right click on tracks and video etc.

Im not sure how else to put it......hope this makes sense.

any joy Yaobing? Or do you think its my install. Iv installed two versions of 12 now and its the same in both. I still have 11 installed and that works fine.

That right-click menu was removed on purpose.

Click the buttons labeled "Exit" or "Display View" in Theater View to exit.  Keyboard buttons also work.

I know its not a massive isse but why was it removed?

Forgive me if im being blind but where is the exit button in theatre view, im on the home screen all i have is home in the top left, clock in the top right and my menu in the middle and thats it......im using the animated theatre view by the way.

As i said i dont really want to use the keyboard.

Make sure you have the latest MC 12.

There's an "Exit" button at Theater View's Home.

Just got 12.0.103 and the exit button is there....great that sorts that. Thanks for your help.
