When I run across an album that has no cover art, I find it on an internet site, add it to my songs, then submit it to the database via MC (i.e. "Submit to Internet.")  Quite often, when I try to submit art to the database that is not already available, I get a message that my submission was "skipped" because it's "already in database."  If it's already in the database, why didn't MC retrieve it when I asked it to a few minutes earlier?  Either MC is not retrieving art that it should, or it is not letting me submit it when it should, or it is actually letting me submit it, but it's giving me an incorrect report afterwards.
