Hi,

I'm running MC12 with a Netgear EVA700.  I've discovered that I can't seem to stream internet radio to the Netgear.  Stations play fine through MC12 player.  I've added the stations to a playlist and they show up fine on the TV through the media server.

I tried 3 stations.  2 of them, when selected, just brought me to a blank screen.  The 3rd station looked like it was going to play - or was playing fine, but there was no sound.  It went to the screen the Netgear puts up when something is playing, but alas it wouldn't stream.

Any suggestions?

Do you have conversion on the fly enabled?

Hi John,

I don't know if I have conversion on the fly enabled - where do I check that?  The server is set to convert if necessary.

I'm going to have to think on this one a little bit. The problem for the WBGO station is that the URL given above isn't the URL that has the content. Instead, it's a redirect that tells where the content is. So, I'm going to have to make the UPnP server smarter about that kind of stuff. Feel free to bump this if you haven't heard anything for a week or so.
