I am a skinning neophyte, so go easy on me here...

I'd like to change the color(s) of the Noire skin's back/forward toolbar buttons (among others possibly) in both their non-mouseovered and mouseovered states, so that you can more easily see them on a TV that has contrast issues, and on properly calibrated monitors.

As is, I can't see them at all really.

I figured out how to change the color of the arrows on the frame divider bars (to show/hide the different frames), but I'm not having as much luck with the bottom toolbars.  I'd especially like to fix the back/forward buttons which seem to be different than most of the other buttons somehow, and are almost completely invisible on my TV and some monitors.
