out_mj.dll is the audio output plugin.

So try switching output modes. (WaveOut, DirectSound, ASIO, etc.)

Try disabling DSPs.

It could also be a bad soundcard driver.

Finally, uninstall, reboot and reinstall in case something is wrong with the install.
