zooming a video
« on: July 02, 2007, 12:48:17 am »

Is there any way to zoom a video during playback? Some DVDs I've ripped have a black border all the way around them and I'd like to zoom in to minimize the border and maximize the playback size.

Thanks.

Scroll...there's a keyboard shortcut, too.  It's amazing how easy scrolling is.  I can't remember the keyboard shortcut off hand...someone will post it in a matter of minutes.

I dedicated two buttons to zooming on my remote.  Add that with the a key for aspect and you can set about anything up ... stretch, crop, etc.

The mouse wheel zooms.  Click and drag to move around.

Works for TV, videos, and images.

You can also use the on screen display (up, down, left, right) if you're using a remote.
