I am sure this has been addressed before, however I have searched and have not revealed much.  I have two questions,  1.) How large of a MP3 collection will MC12 manage well and 2.) What licenses are required to use MC12 on a small LAN (4 workstations) all are part of the same domain

One license if the PC's belong to one person.  One per PC if not.

Q: Can I install on more than one PC?
A: During the two-week period after you have purchased or restored, you can use the Install Key you received to activate the program on your other PC’s. You may use the program on your work PC and on your home PC's with a single license.

I have not been paid for this endorsement but

MC works fine for very large, collections

I have not found anything that can compare with Media Center 12, everything else will choke then you hit a few thousand (and i have licenses for the most popular Jukebox programs).

I have loaded in about 300,000+ mp3 files into MC at the same time but MC may slow due to memory use, and computer speed.

I have over 2,500,000 images right now but i have not attempted to loaded them all into MC all at one time.
