Where is the tag info for ripped music kept?
I'm asking this because of two problems(?) I ran into, which may just be because I'm doing something wrong.
I setup a library server on my server, and rip my CDs from a workstation. To change some of the artists and album names from what was defaulted, I modified the folder names. After removing then re-importing the server library, the old names were still being used. Also, I modified the genres and moved some albums around from the workstation, but the server library did not show any of the changes. Am I doing something wrong, can't you change the server library from the remote client?
