Changing file name on disk through MJ.
« on: August 13, 2002, 09:14:00 am »

When I change a music file name or artist, etc in the properties of MJ, it doesn't change it on the actual file on the hardrive.  This is very frustrating as changing the individual files on the disk takes a great deal more time.  Can MJ change both, and if so how?

Thanks in advance.

After you've made all the properties changes, select the tracks, right click and open the Properties dialog, then from the Tools menu, select "Rename Files from Properties".  You can do them all in one shot.
