Subject of recent thread. SonicBlue indicates no, ATM/ We're stuck with RealJunk, which is non-functional.

BTW, would warn potential buyers against even thinking about the Riot. Their support people have been 100% non-responsive. Over a course of 10 days I have been shuttled back and forth between 2 different support group at least 3 times, with each one claiming the other supports (?) the Riot and telling me that I have to resend my request directly to the other, because server limitations prevent them from forwarding it for me.

Gives you a lot of confidence in their technology, right?

Finally got a response (?) from SonicBlue. Like the WWII postcard that arrives in your mailbox on June 18, 2002. Makes you wonder where it's been ITM, wandering the landscape like the Ancient Mariner....



Anyway, here's the pertinent part - Steve will love this:

"I will forward this email to my team leader for comment.  I was not aware we would turn any company down when requesting information to help them create a plug in to be able to support our hardware."

Harry,

I will have my team leader contact their team leader to setup a conference call between the uber team leaders so that we can start a dialog regarding the feasibility of being proactive towards the goal of achieving a symbiotic relationship.

In the meantime, my shoulders are slumped and my beard is growing long (like the Mariner) waiting to get this going.
