Sound recorder will not record anything without distortion. I have tried all suggestions in the trouble shooting text in your help section, but nothing said there helps. I never had this problem with media 12. Please help cure this problem.
Also, when I use the Auto button in sound recorder I get a return message saying that "no sound was detected, check to see if audio device is working". Yet, my soundcard (Audigy Pro 4) is working fine. How do I cure this?
