My music files are in FLAC format. When I burn a MP3 disc, the files are converted to MP3. I can see LAME in the process viewer come and go.

I would like to see the burn details view update its status column while conversion is taking place. It would work like the status column in device sync view, which works fantastic. When the file is being converted, a progress bar would appear or at least the "Waiting" text would change to "Converting." Upon completion of conversion, change the status to "Ready to Burn" or something like that.

Device sync does something also very well, multi-threading. Burn to CD allows for only a single thread. That's a waste given the processors we have now. CD burn should allows for more than one thread for conversions.
