I originally posted this on September 12, 2008, in the MC12 section but received no replies. Since then I've upgraded to version 13 but have a similar problem in that version as well:

In the Name field, several entries contain ", The" at the end of the name . If I do a Find and Replace operation with the Name field selected, type ", The" (no quotes) in the Find What field, and leave the Replace field blank, MC13 does posts the following message:

', The' was replaced 0 time(s) with ''

It DOES work, however, on a single record if that record is selected and contains ", The" in the Name field.

This is very similar to another problem I just posted in this forum, so I suspect I have some parameter somewhere incorrectly set, but I don't know where to begin looking. Can somebody help me?
