the plus sign (+) in artist names is improperly parsed by the audioscrobbler plugin.

Symptom: The resulting artist name lacks this character when displayed on one's last.fm profile page/charts.
Possible cause: not been properly escaped or translated in UTF-8 before sending the final REST request to last.fm.

This bug may also appear with other characters used in URL to separate parameters (i.e. such as the question mark or the equal sign) or in other tag fields, I didn't check tho.
