new to this media player

hello everyone i'm new to this media program, i am a huge fan of musicmatch jukebox, until yahoo destroyed it, i burn lots of music, i was told about j river i tried working with it but i'm a little confused with the volume leveling as mucimatch jukebox was very simple you just put a check in the box where it says volume leveling and it does all the rest, can someone guide me about using this program to level the songs out.

In MC, it's set in Player/Playback Options/DSP.
