I found a small bug.

Go to Tools -> Plug-in Manager -> Input -> MPC Plugin -> Configure

The config dialog has a standard windows frame instead of a MC skinned frame:

After closing this dialog and switchen to another input PlugIn it looks like this:

And after reopening the Plug-in Manager it looks lieke this:

There are also a few window drawing bugs in other parts of MC after selecting to configure the MPC Plugin.
