I've just installed a HD TV hard in my HTPC and it works great through JRiver MC.  I'm picking up loads of HD digital channels but the program guide is not loading.

I'm getting the following error message after trying to read the "over the air signal":

   "Over the air scan could not be started"
   "Please ensure you have a valid television tuner and that it is not in use"

I can confirm that the TV is not in use.  This message appears immediately after hitting the Finish button after setting the program guide settings.

Any ideas?
