I have MC14 installed on three PCs. Downloading does not work on one of them (MUSIK) and I get this message:



Can you help to make this work again? You might as well delete/deactivate all PCs except MUSIK. I can't do this anymore. I may have deactivated too often in a moth while trying to solve this problem. Also the message is confusing ... It tell MUSIK is not activated an then says deactivate MUSIK ...

I'm not sure what this message is.  What are you downloading?

This message pops up when I open Performer Store in MC14 and try to download any track or disc. And then I can not download. Everything worked before. The confusing thing is that this message tells me that my computer named "MUSIK" should be activated, however it is listed on the list of activated computers along with two others. And when I try to deactivate "MUSIK" I can not, since the number of deactivations for this month is used up since I tried the same thing many times before. And still all my computers are activated and at the same time do not work for downloading.

As written above: I have three computers activated. I can not find out how to de-activate the two that I actually do not need to be activated. And the one that I want to use can not be activated, since I have three activations already. Also the system tells me I should activate this PC even tough the message is it is already activated.

Please help.

Can't you reset all my activations to none? And then I start over again. I need "MUSIK" activated and nothing else.

When you add an image, put the link between two image tags like this  [xxx]link[/xxx].  Replace xxx with img.

This was a problem with a DLL not being registered (wmhelper.dll), when gottwavo reinstalled Media Center it started working.
