WINDOWS 7 problems
« on: January 02, 2010, 02:45:05 pm »

Since I change my system from Windows Vista to Windows 7, I couldn't log in anymore. I can only play 30 seconds each music. The program shows the message "there appears to be a problem with your account" or something like this. My account is OK, my bills idem. I uninstalled the program several times, install again, but the problem remains!!!!

I can log in from other computer, which uses Windows XP.  Please, what need I do?

Yes, I tried. It does'n works.
Now, I cannot log in anymore, because the system doesn't recognize my password.
I try to create a new password but the program inform that cannot send me a new password because of "trouble with my hotmail account" (?). There is no problem with my hotmail account.
I'm sorry, but, this is not fair!!! I need a solution, and I need it urgent, please!

hotmail sometimes treats our e-mail as spam.  Contact hotmail for that problem.

We will check your account.

Problem with hotmail was solved. The main problem, with PMC, no.
I'm still waiting for a solution. Could you check my account as promised?
Thank you.

You have three different accounts on the system, two of them have hotmail addresses. Only one of the three accounts has a subscription so maybe you're logging in with the wrong email address?  The subscription account has a hotmail address and starts with "h.valencio...".

Try this and let me know.

Thanks,
John

Have you had a chance to try again?  I can reset your password if you'd like, let me know.

Thanks,
John

I could not download musics because the system informs that I reach the maximum number of computers, wich is 3. But, one of the 3 computers named by the program is exactly this one that I am using. Could you, please, solve this problem?
THank you.

I deactivated all your computers so you should be able to re-activate now.  Let us know if this happens again.
