I have to give Mega Kudos to JRiver for their hard work at keeping this forum clean, I have never been to a forum that was managed so diligently.

Ditto.  And I would like to add a thank you - every time I have had a problem (of course, it's been 6 months in between problems, and they were all user-related, not software related , my questions have been answered with amazing speed.  I've never had a "help desk" (whether online or by phone) that answered questions so well and so quickly.  Thank you!
