Library administration in MC 15

1: When deleting old files permanently from disc, it does not remoove emty folders.
    Is it a setting any plase?

2: When scanning cover arts, it does not seem til submit to internet after clicking "submit to internet".
    MC 12 gave me a message for submitting to internet.

This is working for me.  Make sure the directory really is empty.

It may ask a few seconds later or after you click a different file.

Some functions well working in MC 10 does not work at all in MC 15.
